Account Executive

At ENDVR, we’re focused on empowering the world’s best action sport, optical, outdoor and lifestyle brands to connect with in-store associates. We’re the digital platform focused on sales in the physical world, and we make it easy for brands to engage with retail sales associates to drive sales, share product knowledge, promote their brand, and gather data to measure success in real-time.

We’re growing quickly and looking for an Account Executive to help us build our pipeline as we scale. This person will be responsible for finding, developing, managing, and closing sales opportunities with brands and retailer.

Requirements

What You’ll Do

    • Navigate each stage of the end-to-end sales-cycles from qualification to close
    • Build a funnel of new sales opportunities through outbound sales generation and inbound lead follow-up
    • Research prospective customers on company background and other pertinent lead information
    • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual quota expectations with consistent and strong sales activities via email, phone and social outreach
    • Perform account planning and administration, including logging, updating and maintaining information on leads, prospects and opportunities in Hubspot to maintain an accurate pipeline
    • Collaborate with our leadership team to determine necessary strategic sales outreach approaches

What You’ll Have

    • 1+ years of selling experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously
    • Dynamic and solution-oriented with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience working with a CRM a plus, we use Hubspot
    • Experience working with retail consumer brands a plus
