YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building and maintaining relationships with dealers.
- Processing orders; B2B and over the phone.
- Organizing backorders and calling dealers.
- Working with brand managers to become experts in our products.
- Communicating regularly with sales reps.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives and logistic team.
- Bring your inputs on improvement opportunities based on customers’ feedbacks.
QUALITIES OF OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A passion for cycling.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to work on a team in a fast paced, distanced environment.
- Knowledge of modern bicycle components and standards.
- Bilingual is a must.
- Experience with SAP is an asset.
- Friendly, personable, and easy going.
