We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team in the bike industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, promoting our products, and driving sales growth. Your expertise and passion for cycling will help us achieve our mission of delivering outstanding bikes and accessories to riders everywhere.

Requirements |
You will be responsible for growing our retail/dealer business across your territory through diligent outreach (cold calling, in-person and email). The right candidate is results-oriented, driven to succeed, passionate about the biking industry, has a network of current, relevant and connected to the biking industry.
Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Director of Sales
- Prospect for new customers – both online and in-person.
- Grow business with current customer base
- Develop and implement sales strategies in their territory
- Utilize and maintain a personal CRM agenda
- Travel to customers in a regular basis
- Travel to trade shows and cycling event events
Territory in need : BC, AB, MB and SK
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within the cycling, sports equipment, or related industries.
- Strong passion for cycling and knowledge of the bike industry, including products, brands, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally and regionally
