AUGUSTA SPORTSWEAR BRANDS (ASB Canada) – Bilingual (English/French) Customer Care Representative
ASB Canada is currently seeking a Permanent, Full Time bilingual Customer Care Representative to support our Canadian business operation.

With a head office in Grovetown Georgia, & our Canadian sales office in Kitchener ON, Augusta Sportswear Brands has over 70 years of experience in manufacturing and distributing stock sportswear throughout North America. Currently we offer a complete head to toe product offering under our family of brands (Augusta Sportswear / Holloway / High 5 / Russell Athletic / Pacific Headwear /CCM). Our ideal candidate would be a positive energetic individual, highly motivated to provide excellent customer service to our dealers in the team and corporate sales channels across Canada. Previous experience in customer service would be considered an asset but is not mandatory. Job specific training will be provided.

Requirements Jon Purpose:
Serves as the customer’s primary point of contact in a fast paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities would include providing high quality customer service and owning customer issues from start to finish. This Representative would be a self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative, has keen problem-solving skills, and has the unique ability to think on their feet. This role is responsible for entering sales orders with an intense focus on accuracy. In addition, this position will troubleshoot issues related to order status, returns, and product inquiries. **MUST speak French fluently!**

Duties and Responsibilities : 
  • Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests over the phone or via chat. Efficient handling of all customer issues to meet departmental goals. Interacts with external and internal customers related to the final on-time delivery of orders.
  • Efficiently and accurately enters orders for processing. Provides order entry support for other team members when appropriate.
  • Demonstrates professional phone etiquette with internal and external customers. Logs in to phone queue and supports the department by answering inbound calls.
  • Demonstrates clear, effective, and thorough email communication with internal and external customers. Emails reflect proper business email etiquette.
  • Provides product specification information and product availability to assist customers with order selection and customer requirements.
  • Proactively assists customers, sales reps, members of management team, or coworkers with inquiries, request for information, or resolution of complex issues.
  • Provides accurate, effective, and timely communication with all business partners to communicate resolution and/or plan of action.
  • Acts as support and resource for day to day activities within the department. ? Analyzes, reviews, and processes requests for return authorization and credits.
  • Provides technical and/or product information as required to respond to customer inquiries.

Work environment: Fully remote office environment.Can be based out of the U.S. or Canada

Skills / Qualifications: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
  • 1-3 years related professional experience preferred 
  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet)
  • Must be able to handle detailed information in a fast-paced environment with ability to handle difficult and stressful situations in a professional manner 
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral) must follow through on issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and multitask
  • Excellent telephone communication skills 
  • Must be flexible and willing to accept change
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Works productively without supervision 
  • Must display a mastery of Customer Service skills
  • Strong knowledge of product offering
